A complete exhibition stand for less than £2000

And not a roller banner in sight

Clubwise (www.clubwise.com), a leading supplier of management software to gyms and health clubs, approached us with a simple brief.

‘We have a 4m x 3m shell scheme booth at the ELEVATE 2019 exhibition at the Excel Exhibition Centre in May 2019. We’d love to have a seamless graphics system. We need a screen to play our corporate video. We need a counter to store coats, brochures and so on. We want Cipher to build the stand and dismantle it at the end of the show. And our budget is £2000.’

Quite a brief then – and our solution?

It looks like we fulfilled the brief. We printed 2 seamless fabric graphics,
1 at 4m wide and 1 at 3m wide. We fitted our T3 shell kit system into the booth to enable us to install the graphics. We supplied a 50” HD screen and a 1m wide counter. The stand was fitted by 1 of our installers the day before the show and removed straight after the show closed.

And what about the budget? Yep – we came in under the £2000 ceiling.
