- screen printing uses pantone spot colours rather than a 4 colour mix so colour matching of logos will be more accurate
- as pantone inks are used in the screen printing process, colour matching for jobs printed at different times on different machines is more accurate
- colours used in screen printing are stronger and more vibrant
